How to make an electronic tax declaration?

Here are the 12 steps that must be followed to make an electronic tax return which is published on the official tax website:

– We enter the official website of the GDT at the address: www.tatime.gov.al. It is recommended to use Internet Explorer.

On the left side of the screen, under the heading “Electronic Services”, click on “My Taxes,” which is first on the list. The window that serves to enter the electronic tax filing system will appear on the screen.

Enter your NIPT and Password and click on the “Log-In” button.

On this first page, we will see on the left the tax returns and, in the end, the option “Change Password”. By clicking on it, we have the opportunity to change the password as desired.

– In the list of tax returns on the left of the screen, we click on the return we want to fill out.
. Click on the option “New Declaration”, which is located to the right of the list of tax returns, and on the screen will appear the relevant form with the fields that we must fill out.

we enter the e-mail address (e-mail), which serves to receive confirmation of the declaration made. At the bottom right of the screen, click the “Close” button to stop the order, or the “Next” button to continue it.

This is similar to the information in the head of the Declaration and Payment Form (FDP) we used earlier. At the bottom right of the screen, click the “Close” button to stop the declaration or the “Next” button to continue
it.
The window that appears after clicking the “Next” button contains the body of the FDP with the corresponding fields. When we do not have to write, we have to set the number 0. Then, at the bottom right of the screen, right-click the “Close” button to stop the declaration or the “Next” button from continuing it.

The window that appears after clicking the “Next” button has two large buttons in the center that offer two choices.

a) If you click the “Save for Review” button, the statement will be saved in the system, in your account and can be changed until the moment it is sent, but it is not valid for the tax authorities. We have until the expiration of the legal deadlines for the completion of the process.

b) Click the “Finish-Send” button, if we consider the statement completed. In this case, the declaration can no longer be changed and is considered submitted and accepted by the tax authority. When you click this button, the date is regarded as the official date of sending the statement by us.

– Finally, if the statement is paid, in the section “Submitted”, place the cursor on the idea of the month, press the button “Generate Payment Order” and the screen will appear “Payment Order”, which we must submit to the bank were to make the payment.

If desired, we can print the statement to save it for personal use by clicking on “Generate statement”.
